Harvest Festival

Posted on: October 7th, 2026 by LButterworth@dulwichcranbrook.org

We were delighted to welcome the wonderful Reverend Richard and Deacon Kat, who joined three of our assemblies and shared some inspiring words with the children. A huge thank you to them for helping to make our celebrations so special.

Our Harvest Festival assemblies have been filled with music, poetry, light and warmth, creating a wonderful atmosphere as we celebrated together. It has been fantastic to see the children participating so enthusiastically and sharing their talents with everyone. We were delighted to receive some lovely feedback from parents following the assemblies:

“The singing was a real highlight. Every child seemed so engaged and clearly delighted in the words.”

“Most of all, there was such a warm and loving atmosphere in the room. It was a real reflection of the care the staff put into the children every day.”

We are incredibly grateful for all the generous donations brought into School. All of our Harvest donations will be given to the Trussell Trust, helping to support local people and families who may be facing difficult times.

Rawlinson Run

Posted on: October 2nd, 2026 by LButterworth@dulwichcranbrook.org

The Rawlinson Run is a firm Dulwich favourite, and it’s always lovely to see the next generation getting into running from such a young age. There were smiles and celebrations all around on a sunny afternoon, and the run was even attended by Mr Rawlinson himself!

Thank you to Sports Department for organising this fantastic event, and well done to everyone who ran!

ISA Award Finalist 2026

Posted on: September 25th, 2026 by LButterworth@dulwichcranbrook.org

To receive recognition in another Early Years category is a wonderful acknowledgement of the care, creativity and expertise that shape our youngest pupils’ experiences every day. From purposeful play and embedded Makaton to specialist music teaching and outdoor learning, our Early Years provision gives children a rich and varied start to school life.

Thank you to our Nash House team, wonderful pupils and supportive families. We’re thrilled by the news!

Independent Pre-Prep of the Year Finalist

Posted on: September 15th, 2026 by LButterworth@dulwichcranbrook.org

This achievement is testament to our outstanding Pre-Prep provision. In Early Years, learning is rooted in play that is purposeful, progressive and profound. Makaton is embedded throughout daily life, ensuring every child can communicate and be heard. Specialist music teaching begins from age two through the Kodály approach, developing listening, memory and self-expression. Outdoor learning encourages resilience, collaboration and problem-solving through meaningful challenge and exploration. And last year saw the introduction of structured woodwork sessions, with children confidently sawing, drilling and joining materials by the end of Reception.

Thank you to our wonderful pupils, dedicated staff, and supportive families who make Dulwich such a special place. We are incredibly proud to be named a finalist alongside just five other schools.
