A very warm welcome to our Senior School at Dulwich Cranbrook, where we continue to champion the individual on their academic journey. Offering students the chance to stay at Dulwich for this crucial stage in their education is an incredibly exciting venture. Indeed, our new Senior School facilities have been designed with this in mind.
Our most senior students reside in the specifically designed Coursehorn Building – complete with purpose-built spaces aimed at expanding horizons, with plenty of room for independent study, and access to a beautifully manicured Manor Lawn and Rose Garden.
At the heart of our new Coursehorn Building sits The Henley Café, which opens out onto dedicated outdoor spaces. This space reflects the growing maturity of our most senior students, who are trusted to manage their time effectively as they prepare for their GCSEs.
Our Senior School students benefit from an exceptionally supportive structure around their physical, mental and educational wellbeing. From our Leadership and Lifeskills course, to 1:1 progress conversations with their tutors, personalised learning programmes and clear careers advice, we continually strive to go above and beyond, to give our senior students the tools and resources they need to flourish at GCSE and beyond.
We are committed to creating a supportive yet ambitious environment for our students. In addition, we believe in the importance of open dialogue and communication with parents as their child’s academic journey progresses.
Our class sizes are consistently small to ensure all children are empowered to receive the support they need within the classroom and additional support as required. In addition to academic success, we boast an expansive co-curricular provision which goes beyond Art, Music, Sport and Drama, to also include CCF, Duke of Edinburgh, water sports at Bewl Water and fencing, to name but a few.
