Our Parent & Toddler Group, ‘Little Explorers’, is held every Monday & Friday during term time, from 9.00 – 10.00am in the Nash House Hall.
This is a wonderful way of seeing Nash House in action, getting to know our lovely Early Years teachers and meeting other families. This term we will be holding French Yoga sessions. Designed for children aged 18 months – 4 years and their parents, sessions involve Exploring and observing seasonal changes with our early years staff, making dens, creating potions and other delights in the mud kitchen, being introduced to child safe tools, toasting bread over the fire, mud sledging, natural art, identifying and naming flora and fauna. Warming up with a hot chocolate by the fire when the weather turns, story time around the fire, learning how to dress for weather and keep themselves safe.
Mondays 10.00-11.00am: Outdoor Explorers
Explore and observe seasonal changes with our Early Years team. Make dens, create potions and other delights in the mud kitchen, learn to use child-safe tools, toast bread over the fire, go mud sledging, and create natural art. Discover the flora and fauna around us, enjoy stories and hot chocolate around the fire, and learn how to dress for the weather and stay safe outdoors.
Fridays 9.00-10.00am: Music & Sensory
Getting creative singing songs and rhymes with our early years team and specialist music teacher. Have the chance to explore sensory trays and craft activities together.
Enjoy one free taster session, then £5 per child per session. There is no need to be registered with us, however, it would be ideal if you could let us know if you would like to come so we can make sure we have enough refreshments!
